Autumn meeting on Latent Gaussian Models 2015

September 17-18 in Trondheim, Norway

Latent Gaussian models have numerous applications, for example in the social sciences, biostatistics, spatial and spatio-temporal data, epidemiology, climate modelling, and image processing. This workshop brings together researchers who develop methodology and fit datasets in this broad model class. This meeting is not a follow-up of the LGM-meetings in Zurich 2011, Trondheim 2012 and Reykjavik 2013, but rather a small-scale autumn meeting over the same topic, while we are waiting for the next LGM-meeting.

Program:

The meeting will go over two days, 17-18 September, and consists of invited talks. In addition, there will be a poster session in the afternoon of the 17th where all participants are invited to present their work as a poster. Afterwards there will be a get-together dinner in the evening.

Anna Heath won the best poster prize sponsored by CRC Press. A special mention was also made of Alex Karagiannis, Areti Boulieri, Maurizio Filippone, Oli Pall Geirsson and Rafael Sauter for the high quality of their posters. Congratulations!

NEW: Slides for most of the talks + PDFs of most of the posters now available for download!

The program schedule is available, as well as the abstracts for invited talks.

The list of posters (titles and abstracts) is now also available.
